Whiskey Sticks
Knowledge - Whiskey is made by storing alcohol in oak barrels. The wood and the charring gives the alcohol its distinctive flavour and nose.
Harty’s Whiskey Sticks use the same fundamentals. Using the charred oak sticks to store inside a clear alcohol ie vodka, this will turn the liquor into a golden coloured whiskey.
Or pop into your standard whiskey and age it quickly. Two sticks can age a current whiskey in a few weeks.
Make it your way - the strength, the colour and the body of the whiskey is unique to how you make it. Use more sticks or age it for longer etc.
Includes 3 x Oak Whiskey Sticks and instructions.

Instructions - Pour your clear liquor (any vodka) into a sterilised glass jar. Add your whiskey sticks and cap with a lid. Age your whiskey for as long as you need. Gently shake the jar now and again if the sticks are not fully immersed.
We recommend 3 sticks per 500ml
3 month minimum, 6 months is better, 12 months is perfect, or longer?
We recommend filtering through coffee filters into a sterilised bottle when ready to enjoy. Again much better if left to 'mellow'.
